Spreading The Wings Of Hope es el sexto álbum de los Melodic Doom/Death mallorquines Golgotha. El disco es una oda a la melancolía, la soledad y la tristeza. Muy equilibrado lo melancólico con lo melódico. Riffs y guitarras características del Doom más melódico, teclados que evocan paisajes sonoros elaborados con gran detalle y elementos atmosféricos perfectamente integrados. Hay que destacar los cambios vocales, Maria J. Lladó tiene una voz envolvente, emotiva y melódica que fusiona perfectamente con los guturales de Andrew Spinosa, bajista de la banda.
