Remnants Of Pain es el segundo álbum de los Thrash Metal canadienses Wreck-Defy, entre sus filas podemos encontrar a conocidos músicos de la escena metalera como Aaron Randall de Annihilator a las voces y Greg Christian de Testament al bajo. El Lp contiene nueve temas, algunos con claras influencias del Thrash Metal de mediados de los ochenta, pero con una producción más actual, junto a un par de temas más sosegados y melódicos.
